Major　Responsibilities：Source　new　model　programs　to　meet　Ford　GPDS　timelines，ensuring　selected　supplier　provides　best　quality，service　and　local　content　to　meet　program　requirements.Develop　non-design　cost　reduction　Roadmap　with　suppliers　using　knowledge　of　critical　cost　drivers，and　work　with　Engineers　to　develop　and　implement　design　cost　reductions.Interface　with　Global　Council　Team　to　ensure　commodity　and　supply-base　strategies　support　these　criteria.Proactively　work　with　Distressed　Suppliers　to　ensure　Ford‘s　commercial　interests　are　maintained，including　ensuring　continuity　of　supply.Qualification　Requirements：Bachelor　or　advanced　degrees；Minimum　one　year　relevant　work　experience　on　commercial　or　production　purchasing；Fluent　in　reading，writing，speaking　and　comprehension　of　the　English　vocabulary；Experienced　in　using　Word，Excel，and　PowerPoint　software；Mature　interpersonal　skills，communication　skills，pleasant　personality，organizing　ability，coordinating　ability，team　work　spirit　and　efficient.
