Major Responsibilities：Train and development suppliers to understand and comply to Ford MP＆L（Material Planning and Logistics）systems，processes and requirementsTrain and develop suppliers toward MMOG/LE level A compliance（MMOG/LE：Materials Management Operations Guide/Logistics Evaluation），conduct on-site assessment/validationCertify supplier with MP＆L endorsement to support supplier‘s Q1 certificationConduct supplier on-site assessment for lunch readiness review（LRR）Conduct supplier delivery performance rating monthly Drive for supplier’s delivery performance improvement Assist supplier‘s EDI provider in designing electronic process that is compatible with FordVisit“at-risk”suppliers to resolve critical supply issues；Involve in Engineering Change process to ensure the smooth part level change and to avoid/minimize obsolescence；conduct on site validation of the obsolescence if necessarySupport SCM for on-time，on quantity delivery Support SCM（Supplier Chain Management）to arrange premium shipment；Support packaging team to develop the packaging strategy and packaging improvement Identify and implement cost saving activities；Assist Lead logistics Provider（LLP）for export process；Be the interface with local Customs/Government agency for supply baseParticipate in regional/global team meetings for discussion on regionalization/globalization of MP＆L practices
Qualification Requirements：Bachelor degree or above，major in Supplier Chain Management or Logistics management is preferred3＋years experience in manufacturing function or logistics function，experience of supplier development regarding MP＆L activities is preferred；In depth knowledge of global logistics operations and supply chain management. Knowledge of auto industry delivery requirements and logistics practices is a plus；Knowledge of ERP，especially knowledge on material planning module，production planning module，warehouse management module，Knowledge of TS16949 is a plus.
