Key　Roles　and　Responsibilities　of　Position　Replicate　the　NA/Global　process　of　supplier　operations　optimization　into　APA　Utilise　existing　NA　global　expertise　to　recruit　and　train　APA　personnel　Establish　regional　plan（including　global　requirements）for　supplier　lean/value　stream　supplier　meetings，site　visits　and　action　implementation　follow　up　Maintain　plans，schedule　required　supplier　interactions　and　maintain　reporting　metrics.Facilitate　the　sharing　of　APA　plans/data　globally　by　commodity　to　support　CBPs.Maintain　alignment　of　APA　process　with　global　process　as　it　matures　and　priorities　evolve.Drive　the　execution　of　the　plan，implementation　of　corrective　actions　and　achievement　of　the　budget　and　cost　reduction　targets（to　be　negotiated　by　Purchasing）
